Industrial floor sweeping in Canada, ride-on and routed.
Broomline runs ride-on and walk-behind industrial sweepers, scrubbers and floor machines for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and parking garages. Scheduled routes, overnight shifts, facility-trained operators, dust control integrated.
You are sweeping 500,000 sq ft with the wrong equipment.
Push brooms. Janitorial scrubbers. Ad-hoc forklift attachments. Production loses aisle time. Dust creeps up. Silica limits get quietly exceeded. Nobody is measuring it.
Ride-on equipment. Facility-trained operators. Overnight routes.
Industrial sweepers and scrubbers sized to your facility, operators trained on your specific site, scheduled routes run between shifts so production never loses aisle time.

Real Results for Real Floors
Fulfillment DC was closing aisles 8 hours/week for in-shift sweeping with push equipment. Pick productivity suffered.
Overnight ride-on sweep route between shifts. Zero daytime aisle closures. Pick productivity up 4%.
Foundry was measuring silica exposure just under provincial limits during shifts. Push-broom sweeping was kicking dust up.
Ride-on sweeper with integrated dust control on overnight route. Silica exposure measurements dropped well below limits.
Manufacturer with 6 plants was coordinating 6 different industrial sweeping vendors with inconsistent results.
Consolidated to Broomline across all plants. Uniform routes, uniform equipment, one invoice.
Trusted by Operations Leaders Across Canada
My silica readings dropped in half. That was worth the whole contract by itself.
Same operator every overnight shift. Our supervisors know her. That is consistency we never had before.
No more aisle closures for sweeping during shift. Got 4% of pick productivity back. That paid for the contract twice over.

Frequently Asked Questions
What facility types do you work in?+
Distribution centers, fulfillment warehouses, manufacturing plants, food-processing facilities, auto assembly, parking garages (commercial and municipal), logistics yards, cement and aggregate plants, cold storage, rail yards, shipping terminals. Floor sizes from 50,000 to 2M+ sq ft.
Do I need to provide the sweeper, or do you bring one?+
We bring the equipment. Ride-on and walk-behind sweepers and scrubbers sized to your facility. For very large sites (500K+ sq ft) we station a dedicated machine on-site between visits. Smaller sites use rotating equipment.
Can you do power scrubbing and hard-floor cleaning too?+
Yes. Ride-on scrubbers with onboard water and detergent, appropriate for manufacturing floors, food-processing areas (with food-safe detergents), parking garage decks, and warehouse concrete. Sweep-and-scrub combined passes on shared routes are standard.
What about dust control for silica or aggregate facilities?+
Our industrial sweepers include active dust control (integrated vacuum, filter housings, spray suppression). Specific protocols available for silica-regulated facilities. OSHA and provincial silica exposure limits factored into route planning.
Can you run on a 24/7 operation?+
Yes. Multi-shift facilities get multi-shift coverage. Operators rotate through your schedule with dedicated assignments per shift. Cross-training so a backup operator is always available.
Do you handle outdoor lot sweeping too?+
Limited outdoor lot sweeping with our Paveline division — they cover parking lots, yards, and exterior facility grounds with truck-mounted sweepers. Broomline handles interior industrial. For mixed scopes, one contract covers both.
How is pricing structured?+
Typically per-shift rate or per-square-foot route price, depending on site. Multi-shift and multi-site portfolios get volume pricing. Fixed-price monthly contract standard for recurring routes.
Standards We Operate Under
A Sweep Service Sized for Actual Industrial Floors.
Broomline was started because industrial facilities were trying to sweep 500,000 sq ft floors with push brooms or undersized janitorial equipment. Production was losing hours of aisle time. Dust exposure was creeping up. Nobody was measuring it.
Ride-on industrial sweepers, facility-trained operators, scheduled routes, overnight standard. Floors cleared. Operations running.
